RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products or services.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

At Ed Greenwood Official Adventuring Gear, all products are made to order to ensure the highest quality and customization. Because of this, we can only offer refunds or replacements for the following issues:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products:
    If your product arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue.

  2. Lost Packages:
    If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it free of charge once the claim is verified by the shipping carrier.

  3. Incorrect Address or Order Details:
    Please double-check your shipping address and order details before checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders with incorrect information provided by the customer.

EXCEPTIONS

We do not accept returns or replacements for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.
